Companies who strive for excellence recognize that how a company respond to customer complaints can be the difference between success and failure.  If we do not identify our mistakes and correct any resulting problems, then we will have lost the opportunity to improve.  We will also have lost the opportunity to change a disgruntled and, often outspoken critic, into a loyal customer.
    
It's easy to track and respond to customer concerns with the 3-step "ERRS" strategy:  Elicit, Record and Respond overwhelmingly to each complaint and then

TRACKING - Leasing, Tenant Openings & Construction:

· As easy as updating dates and terms at property/ leasing meetings
· As straightforward as checking off each critical timeline date 
Often companies do not know that they are getting off track or the degree to which deals are getting on or off target.  This program alleviates that problem and has the added benefit of keeping the leasing and construction efforts moving forward in as timely a manner as possible.  

It accomplishes this by juxtaposing lease pro forma against most likely prospect(s)   - in detail and consolidated so you know the annual impact - while tracking critical path dates for each stage of the lease from LOI through lease documentation and construction to tenant opening.

STAFF SCHEDULING:

· As simple as placing an "X" on a spreadsheet
· Immediate, visual overview with associated expenses summarized
The challenge in creatiing efficient staffing schedules is making sure that you have the appropriate number of staff for any given hour.  This program has the advantage of giving one a visual overview of the staff in place for each hour of each day along with a summary of the associated expenses.  All this with the simple placement of an "X" in the spreadsheet cell.
